RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST
24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

    When making a reservation, please be ready to provide:

  • your name
  • your pickup address
  • your telephone number
  • the time of your scheduled appointment
  • where you will be going (include phone number if possible)
  • the time you want to be picked up for your return trip
  • whether you use a wheelchair or other mobility device
  • dimensions of wheelchair
  • whether anyone else will be riding with you

CHANGING RESERVATIONS

HOW DO I CANCEL A RESERVATION?
To cancel a reservation, please call 317-738-5523 (317-738-3951 TTY)
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible, but no later than 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time. This policy allows for illness or other events beyond your control that require last minute changes in plans without penalty. However, if your reservation is not canceled before the driver is dispatched, you must unfortunately be charged for the unnecessary trip. Passengers repeatedly canceling without a 2 hour notice may risk losing future trip scheduling privileges.

NOTE: changes to a reservation should be made 24 Hours in advance. Business day before your trip by 12PM. There is no guarantee that changes after this time can be accommodated.
