*Annual newspaper acknowledgment.
*Certificate of recognition.


OPTION 3

MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION $750-$1,000
TIME PERIOD 1 year
BENEFITS
*Employees receive 20% discount on trips to work.
*Emergency transportation to work: ACCESS Johnson County waives 24 hour notice, employee pays fare.
*Annual newspaper acknowledgment.
*Certificate of recognition.


OPTION 4

MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION $1,000/yr
TIME PERIOD 5 years
BENEFITS
*External public acknowledgment on 1 vehicle for 5 years
*Employees receive 20% discount on trips to work.
*Emergency transportation to work: ACCESS Johnson County waives 24 hour notice, employee pays fare.
*Annual newspaper acknowledgment.
*Certificate of recognition.
